Inspire! Bellydance and Zumba Fitness - fun and friendly classes with Rachel, held close to Sydney's CBD in Rozelle (inner west), Waverley (Eastern Suburbs) and Lindfield (North shore). Feel fabulous, be inspired! Bellydance classes for beginners and beyond as well as fun Zumba Fitness courses!

The other teachers or schools listed here are all ones that I personally recommend on the basis of having studied with them, taken a workshop or private class with the teacher, or even just admired them in performance.

Sydney Inner West and Outer West:

Amera's Palace is Australia's biggest bellydance retailer, as well as the home of a beautiful dance studio teaching traditional Egyptian-style Middle Eastern Dance, tribal dance and more, from beginners to advanced level.

Hathor Dance Studio is the sister school of Dr Mo Geddawi's Hathor Dance Troupe in Berlin, and teaches fusion with other forms of dance as well as classical Bellydance to Advanced level.

Wollongong:
Cinnamon Twist School of Belly Dance. For women of all ages, backgrounds, nationalities, shapes, and sizes. Principal teacher Virginia describes belly dancing as a colourful, beautiful, exciting, and most of all, empowering dance form, and she would know: she has a PhD in the history and representation of bellydance!

Adelaide:
Belly Dance Academy of Nayima Hassan or Belly Dance Arabesque with Shamira.

Melbourne:
