Entertain and inspire the children with a touch of the exotic. Rachel will transform them into Arabian Princesses and Princes, captivating them with the rhythms and colours of the Middle East.
Children appreciate the colour and vivacity of dance: they love the sparkling costumes, enjoy the rhythmic music, and love learning new things. A lesson uses games, competitions, pair work and group work to introduce the kids to some fun basic moves with evocative names. At the same time, they learn a little about the culture of another land. The performance component shows them what it really looks like, and allows everyone to have a turn at showing off their new skills. Meanwhile, you get to sit back, relax and enjoy the party - that is, if you can resist joining in, too!
Rachel is an experienced and reliable teacher with her own school, Inspire! Bellydance. She will create a lesson/performance especially for your party, with attention to the appropriate style of teaching for the age group. Her stunning Egyptian designer costumes can even be chosen to match your birthday girl or boy's favourite colour. Colourful, jingly hip scarves and other accessories for all the participants (for hire or purchase), add an element of fancy dress costuming to bring the theme to life even more. Other prizes or gifts fitting the theme can also be arranged so that each child has a lasting souvenir of their journey to the Middle East.
